PM - BJJ

Drilling - guard breaks. Kind of some "advanced fundamentals." Wednesday is always a small, chill class because everyone is dead after Tuesday.

Two situational live rounds - closed guard - sweep or pass 3 minutes/3 minutes (switch top bottom). Two different partners so four total 3 minute mini rounds.
 
Walk - 20 minutes, 6% incline, 3.0 mph

Been sick in bed since Tuesday. Some kind of flu. When I lifted on Monday I felt a little sick but didn't think it would get this bad. Felt lazy so got a walk in. I might try to get some lifting in tomorrow.

Hello, old friends! It has been too long since I felt cold steel in my hands, since I dreaded walking up the stairs and since I felt the constant ache in my lats and shoulders. God, it's beautiful. Starting a little LP from my boy GZCL. It's been a while since I did a LP so I found some 5 rep maxes last week so I worked off those and went very conservative off them so I have something to ease into and build off. Let's get fucking strong!
