Pec tendon feeling a little tight. Gonna keep an eye on it. This week was terrible for recovery. 2 days out of the week I didn't sleep at all.

My son won his League championship last night. He's advancing now to divisionals next week. First time for him winning the league championship. He had a bye the first round then won his next two matches by pin.

Walk - 20 minutes, 3.0 mph, 6% incline

Pec tendon is sore. It doesn't feel too bad but this sucks. I'm blasting BPC 157 into it and I have some TB500 on the way. Upping my training maxes and then not sleeping two days out of the week was the reason for it getting strained it think. I had good results pinning BPC right into pec before. If the BPC and TB500 doesn't work I'm probably done benching heavy and I'm going to start training BJJ. I really want the 500 bench but it may not be in the cards. I can't stand quiting things so I'm going to do my best to get it. Going to take the week off benching and press instead. I'm kind of ready to move on from heavy lifting anyways and take on a new challenge with BJJ.

Pec was pretty sore yesterday. Every time I had to flex my pec I could feel it. It felt bad but today it's significantly less sore. That's a very good sign since it's been less than 24 hours and it's already feeling better. I iced the fuck out of it yesterday and the BPC is doing it's thing. I'm optimistic now. I'll probably inject bpc and tb500 for the next 8 weeks. I'm still going to take the week off benching since it's still a little sore.
