This was grueling. Took 3 hours for this. Yesterday and Sunday I didn't stretch or foam roll. I paid for that today. My whole body was stiff, my IT bands in particular. My IT bands are tight like a steel cable, very painful. Squats were terrible. I couldn't get any power out of he hope. I also bench on my toes so it was hurting when I using leg drive to bench. My fault. Thats what I get for being complacent with my prehab. I'm getting fucking old. I need to be on top of this. I've also been sleeping like shit to make it worse.

I don't use mine as often as I probably should. My wife got it for me for Christmas last year (it took me a while to work out exactly what it was she had bought me, and if I should be opening such a gift in front of the kids) and I've probably used it 4 times since?
