Then I did a bonus set of EZ Curl 21s (Except I did 20 at each step).

Edit: Did a finisher on the Echo Bike too. Rode fairly easy for 3 minutes, then did 5 bursts of 10 seconds balls out, 50 easy, then cooled down. Total time was 12 minutes, I think.

Today LTR had his first game under their new, take no bullshit/fundamentals/play the right way coach. They dropped the hammer and he had a big tackle for a loss that totally made his day. He was working against this HUGE kid for half the game and never backed down. Then we ate lunch in an old train car. Not a bad Sunday.
