I mean HOW much more negligent can you get than that admission of job failure?

Seems like common sense to me that EVERY person who handles any gun should have at least a basic understanding of gun safety.

You have to take a class to use my local gun range, I think there was a basic quiz too. It aint fucking rocket science.

The fact that this Mr Magoo looking moron is even on the stand while being dumb enough to muzzle sweep people is absurd.
