sugar or fructose syrup made me break out bad in high school, even now in my 30s if i drink too much soda i'll break out.

however i don't think that poor woman has acne, that looks a lot more serious. she should probably see a few more specialists if she can.

Elvis had bad acne when he went into the army i think this was the era when trans fat was being used in foods heavily, after he stopped eating junk food and cleaned up his diet it went away, i dont even think they had acne drugs in those days, he jusr stopped eating junk foods alot and it went away.

Or more likely he just got older and it went away, it probably had nothing to do with his diet.

She might have said it was acne to save face, so nobody would know it was a form of infectious rash herpes or something

Its just not simplex I, its simplex II and its deep tissue! She probably already had underlying acne, plus the make up, rubbed some dirty jock across her face one night in vegas and boom, gets into the dermis and that is that! It probably comes and goes as well. Id bet on it. They need to test for that and HPV.
