The real question is why did he headline a card in the first place. THAT'S what out of the ordinary. Him being on the prelims is more normal than him headlining.
tbh, I'm not exactly excited to watch either one of them...and the card as a whole is filled with fighters who are .500 or less in the UFC or riding a pretty bad streak of late. UFC could stand to put some more talent on some of these int'l cards.
