I was dumb enough recently to visit the cess pool that is Yahoo.

It was truly amazing. I was able to click on a story about metoo, while being offered to watch a funny video that happened in a classroom. The picture for the click bait is of a chick in tight clothes with her ass popped out writing on a white board. Not only selling sex, but selling a hint of underage sex.

How exactly am I supposed to take metoo from the media seriously when they follow their heart felt plea for female equality, with a beer commercial with girls jumping on trampolines?

So at the end were you able to find the kiddy porn you were looking for in your "yahoo search"?

Brah, that is for the Tor's. Also where I browse for C-4, and bulk buys of meth.

It really is the Costco of felonies.

This is where the hypocrisy of the Hollywood liberal will lose its collective mind. Using sexuality to sell yet condemning men for pursuing women in anything but a passive fashion. This me too thing is costing women far more than men in all reality. In a world of cameras and cell phones everywhere the burden of proof is going to be a lot more than a bunch of retarded celebs doing ads saying I believe you. I was chatting about this with a friend who works at an insurance firm and says that men are already avoiding women in the work place like a plague and office parties are usually dry events.

The me too movement has also separated the democratic and republican parties as well. Sex sells now only to the republican if you ask any Democrat.

If a woman does what she wants it's cool. If a man enjoys it he's a rapist.
Questions?

Hmm, sounds like this is divisive, making our collective society, easier to conquer.

The women voluntarily did the commercial is where the separation lays

But she didn't give her individual consent to me, to let me oggle her boobies.

At no point did I actually receive this verbal consent. I thought those were the new rules.

I'm being an ass of course.

The real point is that they are objectifying women as sex objects of monetary value.

Edit: I'm also pointing out that corporate America's moral outrage, ends at their bottom line.

They've tried, like trying to say that Margot Robbie has been forced against her will into every sexy role she's done. Funny how modern-day feminism tends to demonize any display of female sexuality whatsoever even if the one displaying enjoys it.

Part of that monetary value is that the women showing their ta-ta's are getting paid and willingly do the exchange. Sex sells, always will -- its the push for everything to be consensual.

And if they start covering up women i swear viva i will come to your shack in Montana and bitch slap you.

I call this activating voters, comrade.

All hail Marx.

Edit: I hope your post gets the number of likes it deserves. That's fucking funny right there.

Newsflash: your friend is a :eek::eek: and you could also be one by association if you continue these chats of yours

I actually think that is a decent feminist cause, that of pushing back against the objectifying of women and promoting unrealistic imagery (from advertising to pornography)

Instead though they promote slut walks.

Not sure if serious?
Why not? It's an interesting, oblique insight. I'm processing it.

#metoo is supposedly about exploitation. The commercial exploitation of sex is one of the most undeniable truths of our culture. They use sex to sell chicken sandwiches (literally). This often entails someone wealthy hiring someone without much wealth to ply their bodies towards a commercial goal that disproportionately serves the financial power of the former party. Prostitutes in third world countries often engage in that trade willfully, but only because they don't have better options.

The greater, underlying philosophical question wonders at what point is consent no longer meaningfully consent?

This will never stop. Sex sells for both men and women.

The advertisers know this.

This has been the same fundamental question ever since rape was discouraged as a means of reproduction. It might even be the oldest human dilemma.
