Beat takeshi has so many good Yakuza movies it's hard to pick but Sonatine is up there. Good choice

Jesus, i don't remember the situation in which i had a bigger conflict in my head. Which movie to choose, most of them could enter my top 10 at any given time.

Between the choice given, i'd go with Snatch. But i don't consider it a true mafia movie. Samo for PF and Reservoir dogs. Casino it is.

I LOVE the godfather movies,but Goodfellas is on a different level. Here you have a man who,at the end of the movie with still sell his soul if he had anymore to sell. He is filled with total regret that his mob life is gone. That rang more true to me than any other movie. I think they are all great movies,but maybe goodfellas had the best ending.

I am ashamed to admit that I haven't seen Godfather parts II or III, so I went with Goodfellas. The long tracking shot down in to the basement, through the kitchen, and into the club is one of the best shots in cinema history.
