Video. Bagwork after mt session

Geeze, i though we finished the hands up treads a few years ago.
What would be nice though would be if you moved your feet a bit more after your strikes, for example throw your combination, then angle out to avoid any counter.
Your a little close with those punches too, it would be nice to see you changing up the range. long straight punches, then some combinations in the mid range and finish off with a kick.
As a kicker do you ever work on punching off a kick? right mid into a left hook for example. I find it useful if buddy is looking to check and counter.

I don't like how you reset between combos. Can I ask if there is a reason you just completely disengage and pause after throwing strikes?

I hesitated saying this since 1) it seems like everyone is hopping on to the attack Frode train and 2) I think I've said it about every single video he's ever posted, including ones where he's training someone else. It drives me bonkers that there is a giant reset after every sequence.
