UFC FN 208 PBP/Discussion

I think Hermansson is overrated. Happy to get Curtis at even money. Hope I got a good read on this one.

I have the same read. I think he can shuck off takedowns, and avoid subs. He also has the speed + power + accuracy to make Jack pay while it's standing.
I was also happy to get him at good odds earlier this week.
I like both fighters though, so I'll just be happy to see a good scrap.

Paddy wins and I'll be ending in plus money. If Curtis wins this it's gonna be a decision I feel

I'm liking:

Curtis/Hermansson O2.5 -120
Jack Hermansson decision +275

Round 1 will tell us a lot, so I'll be ready to live bet.

What I am worried about is Jack's lack of defense against the straight left punch from southpaws, which Curtis is. That being said, I think Jack's pressure, clinching against the cage, possible take down, and good striking output can do enough to take the win against a smaller guy who might be able to stop the take down, but will get held against the cage for periods that will lose him a close striking round(s).

Jack sub would be lovely, had a double of that and Paddy sub at 19.

Hoping for at least over 1.5. NO MEME CURTIS FINISH PLEASE.

Jack's leg kicks are doing well, but Curtis' crew already working on a gameplan. Nice.

Curtis pissed away round 1 with inactivity.

Cashing out my bets on Curtis. Jack's got this.
