TRX training

I think they're great

Very useful for bodyweight exercises through a different plane of motion

Like bodyweight chest flys, australian rows and I do bodyweight chest pullovers with them (which nobody else in the world seems to)

I have tried do Iron Cross Dips with them but god thats taxing

The idea of TRX suspension training is totally not quite the same as a conventional workout directed on exercise machines concentrated on sole, isolated muscles. It depends on a joined approach that incorporates balance, coordination, and flexibility. Workout performed in static positions may function in the right direction if you wish to increase the size of any muscle group, yet they don't require satisfactory neuromuscular coordination which is important when setting ideal workout plan and ideal performance. You may see the Youtube videos regarding TRX here. https://www.youtube.com/user/TRXtraining If you want to read the blog post then https://www.coretrainingtips.com/trx-workout-strengthen-whole-body-improve-fitness-30-minutes/ is a very informative blog post having all possible information about TRX.
