Called an Arteriovenous Malformation, I don't know if he actually suffered a stroke as a result of it but it's no good. Brain bleeding is never a good thing.

In theory they could either cancel his matchup with Till and put him against Perry or he could fight both. I doubt that's gonna happen though.
