Sounds like revenge porn. He consensually sent the pic at the time. Both were adults. He wasn't married so this isn't a hypocrite charge issue either.

He seems like the victim here.
 
Yea the person that leaked this should be facing charges. Revenge porn is a serious crime.

...but that's exactly what Barton and most of the rest of his GOP cohort spend their time doing. This hypocritical D-bag has spent his entire career running on "family values" and fear mongering against gay rights as if that has a fucking thing to do with good governance.

Pretty sure that is viewed as benign courting these days.

Which Judeo-Christian protocol that is the foundation of republican family values mentions dick pics? Never seen anyone of them speak out against it (aside from cheating on spouses)
