Russia has a tier 3 air force dude. The only way they can fuck shit up is with nukes.

But yes, I agree we should stay out of it. Assad is crushing his enemies, enemies that we propped up to be crushed. The rebels cannot run the country, they are primates. Asssad is merciless but at least he is educated and can govern at some level. And Russia will help them rebuild, at least somewhat. I am skeptical that Iran would spend many millions helping to rebuild if the government was somehow overthrown.

There hasn't even been any proof that Syria carried out the gas attacks. What if the investigation proves that Assad didn't use gas ... then what?? We just bombed Syria for no reason.
