Funny enough, I asked my Mother's father if they hated the nazis a year or two before he died. He said he went to fight because he was called to fight. He wouldnt give a straight answer. It may have been because he never actually met a nazi face to face. He was one of the pilots that trained out in California and flew dozens and dozens of bombing missions over Germany. Basically, what was depicted in the movie Memphis Belle. They killed a lot of people, and he went a little off the rails stayed in Europe, abandoning my mother.

I'm more of a conservative than I am a liberal, so I voted for the guy when presented with two really bad options. But no, I am not a fan of what our current POTUS is saying or doing. Nor am I a fan of what the American Left and the Democratic Party are up to. I think that we've been given some really bad options, and I'd like to see this ship uprighted.

I couldn't bring myself to vote for Clinton, but I certainly favored and advocated for her over Trump, but otherwise, yeah, we're on the same page.
