Sean is trained to beat the shit out of athletes in a sanctioned safe event. Take out those rules and put someone with high level survival skills, Sean would get skinned like a dog in Vietnam.
no, kid. he would not.Everything you wrote is wrong. In a cage, in a street, in a hole in someones backyard. In hand to hand combat, Sean Strickland is going to butt fuck any seal they put in front of him.
I don't know how this is something people miss about this.Brandon Wolf was a Navy SEAL and fought in the UFC. He was a welterweight and never a champion but maybe there was at one one SEAL would could last a week with strictland.
again you and your sexual dreams.Cool. When that SEAL doesn't quit, Sean will choke him unconscious and then do whatever he wants with that Seal. You realize that right? Sean is going to beat the SEAL until he's unconscious and then he can eat the SEALs ass if he wants to. There is literally nothing the SEAL can do. No matter how much he "wont quit" when he's unconscious there is nothing he can do. Keep living in your fantasy land where thee guys are actually robots that can't be stopped.
Quit watching The Lone Survivor,
again you and your sexual dreams.
No, kid. Sean would pee his pants.
Again, you confuse the two things.
The Soldier is not claiming he would not get his ass whooped IF he would allow Sean to fight him under MMA rules.
The point here is that, if there are no rules, the Soldier would not care to make Sean Tap. They would simply do what THEY Train for. To eliminate the threat.

A Seal training MMA for a fight in the UFC (under MMA rules) is NOTHING ALIKE the same soldier fighting WITHOUT MMA RULES.
Cro Cop was Special forces. And beat people in MMA. That does not make him special, above or below any MMA fighter.
Soldiers are not better athletes or even fighters than Professional MMA fighters. But they train to kill. They train to use anything and everything to their advantage. and they don't care to "beat up" the other guy. He cares to neutralize them, to complete his objective. It's a different world altogether. But that does not make what Strickland does for a living would break a Navy Seal. I don't think it ever will, because it's just a different mindset.
But in ANY FIGHT outside the realm of MMA, Cro Cop would kill each and every MMA fighter if rules did not apply. And again, he is not superman... he just knows how to fight when rules does not apply.
Sean can beat the Soldier, but he couldn't break a guy who faces far bigger threats than passing out off exhaustion or getting beat up.
Sure thing Boomer, in the SEAL's world he shoots Sean and the fight is over. Glad we settled this.no, kid. he would not.
he would lose... badly.
They do a much different thing, for different reasons.
You think because "it's sean's world".... but then you don't really "think". This is YOUR ilusion.
But it's the Soldier's world and rules (well, no rules) which automatically gives the soldier the advantage.
You're giving the benefit of the doubt to this guy where it should not be given; he's literally saying a Navy SEAL/special forces operator beats Sean Strickland in a no-rules, hand to hand street fight. He's completely incorrect, but that is clearly his assertion. Unless the SEALs have been spending time developing their Dim Mak game.So you're saying the SEAL is going to shoot him? Is that what you're getting at? Because I thought this whole time we're talking about hand to hand combat and you're talking about shooting people with guns. These are two different conversations.
Go watch physical 100. The finalists were athletes, special forces guys didn't make itThe whole thing is apples vs. oranges. You can take a small group of elite solders and a small group of pro athletes and put them in each other's most intense training and it won't go well for anyone outside their specialty.
They did some TV show or video where Rashad Evans, Forrest and Gonzaga (while in or close to their primes) visited a military base. The fighters had trouble on the obstacle course (which has learned skills) but destroyed the military guys in grappling and even a drill where they could use padded sticks in hand-to-hand combat (Rashad just double-legged the guy).
The most cringe part of this is that he thinks he's fighting for our freedom. If you are in the military you aren't doing a damn thing to defend our freedoms.

The Dim Mak changes everything, brah.
Unlikely to get the finish though lets be honest lol.Yes, Strickland would kick their ass in a no weapons fight,
No, kid. Not enough.Sure thing Boomer, in the SEAL's world he shoots Sean and the fight is over. Glad we settled this.
He'd use his gun and shoot Sean because he could not win a one on one fight without weapons. We get it man.No, kid. Not enough.
You are not truly conceding because you still did not see that reality is just far over your head (just above your shame, which seems to dictate why you are unable to think it outside the box).
Because the SEAL would get it done in ANY way he deems it needs to be done for the objective. IF it is (at all) needed.
