True, but if DC could hit him at will, one Rumble shot and it is all over. 50/50 in my book and I think jones' book, as well. He sure partied crazily before that fight and pulled out of the fight, despite the mantra that he was suspended and stripped because of the accident. One curious detail, if he was smoking pot less than a month before the fight, how did he expect it to clear his system by the time the drug tests were going to be conducted? I think he intended to fail all along and just like the Cormier rematch that was canceled, he would rather cheat and win than take a chance on losing. So in both cases, his lack of confidence ensured that he didn't show up. He did beat Cormier in the rematch but how much more time did it give him to train and prepare/repair himself mentally for DC by avoiding the first fight.

Gustafsson beat Jones. And he will beat him again.

Plus, he finished Teixeira. While Jones could do nothing but twist his arms, poke him in the eyes and win a decision.

Yes , he has conquered it, but fights with Gus and that euro quick ko guy are interesting to me at least

I thought Alex was looking better than ever before but to be honest I still don't see him beating Jones. Someone will someday and it'll be interesting to see what it'll take. Until then he doesn't really have anything left to prove at LHW. If he moved to HW it would be way better for the sport. Interesting to see him against some HW's and it'll make the LHW division competitive again.

Why do you hate him so much? It's kind of sad knowing humans can harbor this much hatred and anger towards another human they've never even met.

Aside from becoming a top 5 professional fighter in the biggest mma org on the planet and challenging for the title against the LHW GOAT, he was the first guy to ever take said GOAT down, came closer to beating him than anyone ever has, and in many people's eyes even actually won that fight.

What have you accomplished in your career? If you're not the #2 or #3 guy at your job working for the most successful corporation in your field you haven't accomplished anything near what Gus has. IMO the only possible explanation for this much irrational hatred towards a complete stranger is jealousy.

Needs the Gus rematch; its a style problem. If he gets past that he has conquered the weight class for sure.

Irrational hatred?
Stating the fact that bork borkersson has no real achievements outside of moral victories is just being honest. I don't hate the guy, just the people that prop him up as the anti-jones or as a rival, when jones is leagues better than him both in skill and accomplishments.
Jones will be remembered as an all time great. Gus won't be remembered at all.

He is a much better fighter than he was then... not sure what you're talking about
 
UFC should make ask him retire. Dimebag won so many guitar contests they asked him to not participate anymore cause he would win everyone of them. Black tooth.
 
Are you in some kind of danger if you were to say it? What should we know to make sure we are safe in saying it?
