Report: Conor/UFC in talks with Golden Boy for Canelo/Mcgregor fight.

And the casuals and punters will throw away money on Conor just like last time. The odds just show how dumb the public is in regards to Conor's boxing capabilities.
I dont think they would.
People generally recognize that Canelo would absolutely destroy Conor.

People were believing the notion that Conor was way bigger and that Mayweather doesnt hit hard yet someone stumbled to 49-0 with 26kos.

If Conor makes it deep in the fight all these people will say Canelo carried him too just like they did Floyd.

It's funny how unstoppable people make Canelo out to be yet he ran like a chicken form GGG. Conor was braver against Floyd than CAN-elo vs GGG. And Canelo is in HIS sport!
Yea guess what Bill, this isnt going to be fuckin Grounds Hogs Day.
Canelo would splatter Conor in the first round

Braver in what sense? From running away and slapping at a retiree with brittle hands and at a twenty plus pound weight disadvantage? Not really a performance that covers yourself in glory to be honest.

I guess you forget canelo fought mayweather and got backed up often, if anything watching mayweather vs canelo and mayweather vs mcgregor, mcgregor took mayweathers punches better and took alot more of them.I also think people are overestimating canelos size, he is not that big, he weights alot cause he got a big head and neck. He could possibly be considered a hobbit when you compare his height vs mayweather in the ring vs mcgregors height against mayweather.

Conor was literally running away from Mayweather, not simply being backed up. And yes, repeatedly stumbling around on jellified legs is clear evidence that Conor was taking shots better than the guy who didn't spent the bulk of the evening engaging in a mosh pit with the ring ropes.

The narrative will be that it was understandable Conor lost to Mayweather. After all, how could he be expected to beat "The best boxer ever" in his pro debut? Also, he only lost because of cardio issues, which he will now correct by pacing himself better. He's so much more experienced now. They can easily con people into taking this match up seriously.

Conor only ran when he started to gas. Fact. Conor isn't in his sport CAN-elo is.

How about this.. If CAN-elo is so dominant... then why not make a concession to Conor to make the fight fair?

Make the fight 6 rounds. Then see how well Conor does when he doesn't have to pace himself for 12 rounds.

Sure the judges will screw him if it goes 6 but we will all know the truth.

Something else to keep in mind. In the Floyd fight the ref protected Floyd which made the fight suit Floyd - it was a pure boxing match. Conor couldn't fight his style.. he couldn't be physical with Floyd. Imagine if they let Conor dirty box versus Canelo because Canelo isn't a prima-donna like Floyd?

Floyd hit Mac with punches that are about 25% power of the shots Can/GGG were nailing each other all night.
Floyd is super light handed, can barely knockout welterweights. Full middleweights would COMA Conor.

25% lol. Canelo/GGG are good punches but Mayweathers power is under rated. His lack of KO's is simply because he wasn't going for a KO. Canelos face after 12 rounds against GGG and 12 rounds against Mayweather looked pretty similar.

GGG is obviously a good puncher but the truth is alot of his KO success in previous fights came from using modified gloves with less padding on the knuckle. There's nothing super human about him or anyone, there's only so much power a human can generate. To say Mayweather hits with only 25% of the power of canelo/ggg is retarded. You can see and hear the impact from his punches just as much as ones from Canelo and GGG. It's just his slightly smaller build which makes him not as powerful.

Usually I'd disagree, but as I said before the McNuthuggers are something else - just a whole new realm of stupidity and delusion. The single worst, most pathetic, delusional fanbase in combat sports history.

You know you're right.

How about you go and let GGG and Canelo land full force hooks and straight rights on you. Please report back to us with your findings after you get out of the hospital. :D

When you're tired and arms burning from lactic acid you can't really do anything except back up. And jellified legs, have you ever done prolonged excercise, you would probably be on jellified legs before you got punched in the face. One punch and you're jumping through the ropes. The point I'm trying to make is Canelo the pro undefeated boxer at the time, clearly felt and respected Mayweathers punches. The 0-0 guy took more of them and cleaner ones too, whilst completely gassed and never went down.

You just completely changed the subject because you know I'm talking sense whilst you're just churning hyperbolic percentages out your ass.

Conor isn't beating Canelo. It's not happening.

With proper training you never know. This Mayweather fight was just too rushed. He only had a few months, never had a proper boxing trainer and only had 2 or 3 sparring partners who likely weren't pushing him due to magnitude of the fight. That's just not enough experience but he still managed to do some successful things.

You can also never write mcgregor off completely due to his countering ability early, all it takes is 1 punch in the right spot and he can aldo anyone.

With proper training? Maybe when they are 50 and it's a matter of who hasn't gotten fat first.

Conor has so many holes in his game, it's too much to count. he can't even throw a proper punch. There's no hope for him to beat Canelo at this age.

Um, no, he can't punch. Canelo could stand there with his hands down and Conor "PillowFists" McGregory still wouldn't be able to KO him. He punches like Paulie. You're a clueless, delusional McNuthugger. In boxing, his power is pathetic. There's nothing on his shots - no real snap, explosiveness, or torque.

You're also talking about him KOing someone with an iron jaw who just took bombs from Golovkin. Again, you're a clueless McNuthugger and you have no idea what you're talking about.
