Have never played any of the others. Saw a few videos and it looked cool. Actually went to the store to planning on grabbing the most recent Rainbow Six. Found out it didn't have a campaign so I picked up Sniper Elite. Really a cool game. I am not used to the stealth games. I usually last in stealth mode for a few minutes at a time and then end up just going buckwild. LOL

Yeah I was a huge fan of the rainbow six single player campaigns so I was disappointed the new one didn't have one.

And yeah stealth isn't my thing either, but it gives you the option to just go guns blazing and kill everyone which is nice it's just a bit harder haha

Is the DLC for BF1 worth it? I like but didn't love the multiplayer for it.

Well, there will be three installments of DLC, the first is French and will be out really soon. I loved the DLC (especially the China and the Metro map) from Battlefield 4. So if it is anything like that, it will be pretty dope.

Gonna go with a cool turn based JRPG I found at Gamestop while waiting for the Switch to come out. It's called Exist Archive.

Only spent around 10 hours with it but it was really fun. You basically traverse "dungeon" like level in a 2D side scrolling way, and all battles turn into turn based fights. The character models might not be for everyone, especially those who don't like anime looking stuff but the game was really fun. I plan to go back to it once I'm done with Breath of the Wild.

If you enjoy bloodborne (although it is difficult) be sure to purchase the DLC, it is really amazing.

Just picked up Nier Automata on PC and basically cleared the whole game in 1 day, which I rarely ever do so it managed to capture my attention and keep me invested.

Very interesting and unique game, I especially like the shootem up sections and wish there was a bit more of it, this game scratches alot of itches I've had for shmups, side scrollers, twin stick shooters, etc.

The combat is overall good but not quite on the level of Bayonetta/DMC, the level design is quite interesting too as it reminds of Dark Souls with the hidden paths, maze like structure and corridors that lead to more open areas. The soundtrack is one of the best I've heard in a game and it really carries this game in alot of ways.

Only other games that I"m planning on purchasing this year is DS3 Ring City, Prey, Tekken 7 and MvC Infinite. Probably wont even play the fighters that much, I just need to have them in my library. I think Prey is going to surprise alot of people and be in GOTY talks, which is tough racket with BOTW basically clinching it already.

KONA for ps4 (it's a kickstarter PC game from last year originally) - 1st person open-world (with plot restrictions) detective game set in 70's snowy northern Canada with some supernatural elements and light survival aspects.

It's a gem with some clunk. Murder mystery with a map that fills out as you find stuff. Great writing, the protagonist detective tells the story. Atmospheric. Important to search every nook and cranny, both for items and that your journal updates. Some creative surprises along the way that greatly affect the game. For a small studio game I'd give this the full 5 stars.

Decided to go with KONA instead of the big releases since they look (and play based on demos) disappointing for the most part.
