Always thought it would be a good fit for him, he is competent in the clinch but he really fights more like a kickboxer.

I think Vienot will do reasonably well in Glory and maybe even win the title. His chin kind of sucks, so that might hold him back a bit. But if Vienot fought Groenhart tomorrow, I would pick him to win easily. Groenhart can't deal with kicks at all and gets really flustered by them, so Vienot would just exploit that again and again.
I just can't wait to hear the way Glory promote him and journalists gush over him, especially after he strings together a win or two, that'll be entertaining. They'll talk about how he's the greatest muay thai fighter along with Pinca and Dekkers, worthy of carrying on the legacy of dominating the thais at their own game and simultaneously challenging themselves against the best in the world in kickboxing. He'll be called the best muay thai to kickboxing convert since Simon Marcus. Blah, blah, fuckity blah.
And when he moves away and spams his left kick to the body, people will praise his slickness and masterful control of angles, distance and footwork. And the judges will eat it the fuck up.

Alexandru Negrea will face Mirza Becirbasevic on June 17t at Casino Campione from Campione d'Italia for the vacant Superkombat Intercontinental belt at the Light Heavyweight Plus Division.
The fight between the Romanian champion based in Italy and Becirbasesiv, a representative of Bosnia and Herzegovina, will the main-event of the night at Bellicum Kickboxing gala. The title fight is under license as part of the new development system announced by Superkombat.
Until now, Clyde Brunswijk (2014) and Mike Zambidis (2015) won Superkombat titles in fights outside of Superkombat galas via lycense system.
Former two times champion of Italy, Negrea (31 years old) has a spectacular background in Superkombat and Bellator, while his opponnent, Mirza Becirbasic (21 years old) is ICO European champion and WKF European champion.

Yeah it's not a bad card. Adamchuk/Salvador should be interesting. Jimmy Vienot's debut as well, he is fighting Ambang who I don't think is on his level so I expect him to put on a clinic and get some hype behind him.

Too Jimmy pulled out because of injury, i was looking forward to his fight.
What i like about this card is they have alot of solid matchups, not like some other cards where they have 2 big fights and the rest is meh.
Doumbe vs Holzken: I thought the last fight was fun to watch but Holzken didn't look very good. Unlike RvR, he admits to clearly losing and has trained hard as hell for the rematch. Should be a good fight.
Groenhart vs Grigorian: Someone will go down...
Moiseev vs Baya, Kongolo vs Lidon, Grigorian vs Gomez, Salvador vs Adamchuk are all solid matchups.
