Holyshit if this was him fighting injured this whole year I'm looking forward to the remainder of the year.

I take it from the dates on those Kunlun posters that there will be two cards taking place back to back on Saturday & Sunday August 26th and 27th?

So, Shadess, if you have thought Superkombat arent"s serious find out that the 3rd event in China will be finally Superkombat World Grand Prix and a broadcast on CBS Sports. Moreover, Plazibat and others will be fighting.

A note: Corbeanu knocked out another Chinese. The question is, did Corbeanu and Maxim improved that much? Because in Superkombat they weren"t very solid.

He knocked Liu Hainan out, another 1st round KO. And that guy was losing on decision to Buakaw.

sigh

Improved that much? I don't quite get what you're comparing against. Just because Buakaw fought someone doesn't mean they're a great fighter.

Good for SK if they do an actual SK event in China I guess. Assuming that then won't be aired in China though so yippee?

Nothing personal against SK, some of it's just so weird. Wondering why you're listing LA, NYC etc. on wiki just to advertise really. You assure me it's totally happening, then a sudden change of oh actually not this year and instead to some last minute "Superkombat" events in China. Like the last event I don't think Superkombat even mentioned on their fb or anything yet it's totally an SK event?

Most of the China broadcast info given out was nonsense. The 1st one wasn't live on Qinghai or in Hong Kong TV and not on Shenzhen tv but on their much smaller sports channel. The Euro broadcast for the 1st one didn't happen as scheduled either, no idea if it has still aired? No info on the 2nd show either.

If this is SK being serious then good luck.

Oh I forgot your Chinese fighters suck rants from before. Then "SK" goes to China and suddenly wins over some 3rd tiers are meaningful. Pretty flexible on your evaluations on things based on if Romanians are involved.

hope it dont take him out of Sitthichai fight, but i guess it will be happening :(

because if he fights Sitthichai in like the next 3 months there is a really good chance of him winning a JLB arm injury

couldn't have waited for a better time to have surgery

Don't know his plans exactly but it's nearly 8 weeks till the big fight against Kehl...or Sitthichai.

Wu Lin Feng would presumably be against postponing as the schedule has been set since march or whatever :)

I don"t know about the first SK event, but the second event should have been on all Qinghai TV, Shenzhen TV and Hong Kong TV (their TV deals). Qinghai is comparable with Henan and national, Shenzhen is not national but the region is absolutely huge.

I will send you some PMs because you talk crap. :)) The American events are happening, I don"t know what do you want. Hosting events every year in Italy, and after Spain being also on the list there is also England, it's a huge step. China too.

3rd event in China is on CBS Sports as SK WGP.

Not on Shenzhen tv, on Shenzhen Sports. Sort of like what CBS would be to CBS Sports. Yup 2nd one was on Qinghai.

My point with the American events is they were, for sure, supposed to happen this year. Italy for SK is totally doable, done it before and worked out fine.

Oh the 3rd WGP this year is a China one now too? Thought you meant it just as in the 3rd event in China would be a WGP.

So this one not happening as such anymore?

...just that it's just all very confusing lately.

It"s not happening anymore that in Romania. August 26 in China.

hope they dont do Rico vs Asihati

i think would be a smart move making the Rico vs Gerasimchuk rematch in this event

Gerasimchuk got body hooked til TKO in the last amateur MT world tournament by a random iranian

His loss to Gerasimchuk only really had a big impact in china, where Gerasimchuk still being promoted as the guy who beat the number one

they would clean Rico image in china building him in there over his nemesis

It's supposedly Bigfoot Silva. Would be a super random fight to do in China. I'd cry and laugh if it was against Asihati.

There'd be a couple okay Chinese options but one they probably wouldn't use the kind of money on that it'd likely cost them (+it'd be kind of a freak fight) and the other one I doubt they could get.

Hemmers has supposedly said that Gerasimchuk is perma dropped down to 95kg. I don't exactly buy that but we'll see. Would think that when/if Kunlun does their next tournament he'll inevitably be there again.

Will be interesting to see if they got any notable Chinese names on it or just the guys they've had on prior Glory events already. Seen few rumours and one Japanese fighter is on for sure.

About broadcasting too, Qinghai would be the obvious partner. Hopefully they'll at least be on somewhere since the last shows haven't even streamed in China anymore :(

Bigfoot silva?

lol

at least it is going to bring puvlicity to Verhoeven if it happens, but everyone is beating the shit out of this guy on mma now,so people wont give credit to verhoeven´s win

i dont know why they are so affraid of Gerasimchuk, his victory was obviously because Verhoeven underestimated the guy,and the nowadays Verhoeven is just a much better fighter now, where on the other hand Gerashimchuk got dropped by an amateur last month

they have the perfect matchup with Verhoeven destroying Gerasimchuk and becoming a big deal for chinese, they are dumb enough if they dont do this fight

Getting those ex UFC guys to be on SFS portions for Fight Pass is a plan I guess.
