Their team is built for the weaknesses the Raiders have, a good test for the suspect defense early on. The hot seat may catch on fire for KNJ if the D plays like they did in the preseason.

Normally not a good idea to get rid of a coach during the season but when you are as bad as Norton it can't get any worse.

Norton should have been let go the second Pagano was hired.
