Radical leftist Stephen Colbert says Nazis or Non Nazis.

Colbert is a (literal) corporate shill and multi-millionaire.

It's tragically hysterical to see the same guys calling Colbert a "radical leftist" being offended over use of the label "Nazi" to describe white nationalists.

But I am willing to make a public deal with the right-wingers in this thread: I will agree to stop referring to white nationalists as "Nazis" if you will agree to stop using the term "socialist" to describe people who are not advocating for state control of the means of production.

Colbert is celebrity, talking head, media personality. He says what he is told.

Well he is right in his central point you are Nazi or you are not.
I mean Nazi ideology itself is pretty clear about that.
 
I can't believe I used to look forward to watching the colbert report right after the daily show back in high school. Today all these shows are unwatchable its a constant Trump this Trump that hate-a-thon, 25/8. Shit, I don't remember every episode being about GWB all the time circa 2006. They would shit on GWB and then wait at least a couple episodes to keep it fresh

I wouldn't call Colbert a "corporate shill" to be fair. I've actually been pleasantly surprised how often he has defined the interests of Viacom and Columbia in this stuff. It's not groundbreaking, sure, but it's way better than other supposed left populists like Trevor Noah.

Also, as an alleged radical leftist myself, I abhor that you would imply my being comparable to a Nazi. An ideological counterpoint, sure, but hardly something that is worth fretting. Hell, even the "radical leftists" of history that are fear mongered about deviated far right within the leftist subset (Stalin, Mao, etc.).

Millions of people were involved in this campaign, I care about the frequency of this attacks and they were very lopsided.

Do you know what an isolated incident is? Trumps supporters were almost always peaceful. "Antifa" was assualting people left right and center.

All of this only points to the divisiveness Trump is causing in this country. Never been a more divisive so-called leader in my life time, not by a long shot.
