I really don't think that's it. It's about to be a four-year old model. And I don't just leave a ton of apps running all the time anyway, never have. It really was like almost overnight. Like back in early August I would have told you it was still running pretty good, only in the past week or two would I say it runs like shit.

Me and LTR watched that the other day. How did Hogan get the black eye (irl)?

It's amazing to watch it now knowing that Hogan/Brutus were supposed to win the tag titles but Hogan felt he was too good for it .... but they still had to go over the tag champs and make them look like bitches even though they weren't winning the belts. Gah.

That was the first WM I didn't watch as it happened (other than the first one). I took a break from wrestling shortly after WM8 up until the build for WM12. So last week was actually the first time I ever saw it. Today we watched WM10 and started WM11.

Android apps install services that run regardless of whether or not you have the app running. It's not a matter of how many you're actively using, it's how many you have installed. Clear out some of those apps you don't use and see what I mean. Android phones are cleared for a certain version of android, and they generally don't go above it. It's the services you have running. I was using an S3 up until last year and it was still blazing fast.

Contrast this to the iPhone where you get the upgrade whether you like it or not, hence slowing down the phone. Same phone, just more baseload resources being used. Google and their various mobile devotees don't do that.

Ironically last night I was watching a few of the HOF ceremonies and I remember when heenan was inducted he said "I just wish gorilla was here" that made me really sad. Then today's news was announced and I was sad again. Was watching clips of the brain and gorilla and Fett jr said "those two remind me of you and uncle mike" I called him right after.

WWE Mulling Over Decision To Use WCW Labeling On Upcoming Events​


Could the words WWE Presents: Hog Wild be said in the near future? According to sources, the use of a few WCW event names is getting closer than you’d think.

We’re told WWE officials are getting close to putting their hand in the nostalgia basket once again to use old labeling for a few live events/specials in the very near future.

As you may recall, WWE ran a Clash of Champions event last year and used WWE branding for The Great American Bash from 2004-2009 (and then in 2012 as a one-off Smackdown episode).

It’s unclear which events they’re looking to run at this point … but given the time of year, it’s worth noting that the next few WCW PPVs would’ve been Fall Brawl: War Games, Halloween Havoc, World War 3 and Starrcade.
