The little footage we've seen so far & reports of the two sparring sessions beg to differ.
Paulie has admitted as much by trying to blame his shoddy performance on everything from jetlag to it being his time of his month.
He is convinced he's going to get a megapayday either boxing Conor or fighting in the UFC *& is saying whatever it takes to stay relevant.

we aren't far removed from the fight. paulie is a pretty heavily interviewed guy and is often in the spotlight. he gets ASKED about this shit all the time. he isn't going out on his own, holding conor shit talk press conferences, etc like you guys try and make it seem. neither were guys like aldo, but you dummies go crazy when they answer questions or go with interviews.
if a bunch of different news outlets took
the shit conor said post fight about mayweather, they coulda easily made him look like a crybaby going on about how mayweather wasnt fast, didnt hit hard, the ref stopped it too early, that he woulda won if he didnt gas, etc. anyone could've, but most people arent dumb enough to take shit so out of context and salivate over it. conor fans, on the other hand, go nuts for this shit.

Fair enough, but until then we HAVE to base all opinion on what we have actually seen which is Conor beating him & how even Paulie talks down his performance in the two sparring sessions.
They went 12 rounds and we have like 30 seconds of footage. You could take 30 seconds of floyd/conor and make conor look like he put a beating on Floyd.
I am not going to assume Conor beat Paulie for 12 rounds

Based on what though.
All footage & photos released show Conor winning. Paulie himself has come up with repeated excuses for what he describes as a poor performance in the ring with Conor. That is certainly enough to make assumptions.
There is NOTHING to support the idea that Paulie did well. Even Paulie himself isn't claiming this.

I think the fact that Conor and the UFC have control of the footage and all they've released is an off balance knockdown/pushdown and a single cleanly landed shot is enough to make the assumption that's all they've got.
