NAGA rules

Do they require a rashguard for no gi or can we go shirtless? I read the rules but it seems unclear. Thanks again.

Last time me and my kids did a Naga tournament was in 2016 and they did not require a rash guard. Not sure if it's still that way.

At least week's Naga in Long Island people were competing without shirts on.

Can you wear or has anyone here seen half and half gi's (black pants white top) and how strict are they on sleeve length for gi??
