He also beat Akiyama, and had a whole bunch of quality wins. Perry still hasnt beaten anyone of note, and Im skeptical that he ever will.

The fact that your best counter to he doesnt have any other great wins is 2-5 Akiyama says a lot.

Again, I like Leben. He gave us badass KOes and great fights. He was never more than a gatekeeper though.

Perry is still young and is was competitive with the #10 guy. I'm not saying he's ever going to even get to a title shot but a Leben like career is very likely in the cards for him. I get hes a douche and his fans are annoying but he's a good but not great fighter, and like Chris has the chin and power to have some entertaining wars and badass KO wins.
