    Was gonna deadlift 1776 for the 4th and America. But couldn't find the 1/2 plates so

    I did this in full duty gear on work time(double holiday pay) so I consider it successful.

    Made a bigger jump after 225 than normal. .maybe too much of one.

    20 minutes of basketball or so.

    Pretty sure I have a nasty stone bruise on my right heel deadlifting yesterday. Basketball today made walking up steps a bitch.
