Haha, yeah I imagine the graphics look pretty rough nowadays. I'd say it's still worth a playthrough if you like Star Wars at all and you can see where they derived Kaidan Alenko from. It's a good story, too.
If you haven't played them, the Dragon Age games will look better, especially Inquisition, but the gameplay might not be your style. Still, it has a lot of great Bioware characters like Alistair, Morrigan, Dorian, Iron Bull, etc and a very fleshed out lore and world. It relies a lot on typical fantasy tropes and an extremely strong A Song of Ice and Fire influence. The later games DAII and DA:I is where they started to draw from their own creative well.
I'm actually playing through DA:I now because I never finished the main story or the DLC and I picked up the GOTY edition a while back for cheap. Playing through it has gotten me more hyped for Andromeda. I just hope they got Patrick Weekes back on the ME team to contribute some writing to Andromeda. His work has been really great in DA:I.
