Coleman had no worry about fighting Kerr after he saw how out of shape he was when they got back to Japan. Would have been an interesting fight, but I believe Coleman would have plowed him over if Kerr got past Fujita.
It's interesting, because I feel like Kerr was clearly the more well-rounded and skilled fighter between the two...but Coleman just had that X-factor that made him the better fighter in the end. It definitely shows in their career accomplishments. It also didn't help that Kerr was an addict.
