Why does Islam keep calling out featherweights?

He's already a giant LW, if he fights Topuria, he'd have 3 LW title defenses against Featherweights.

This is the first featherweight he called out, and it's only in response

Volk was already going to get the LW shot of whoever won that fight, not because they winner deserved to defend their title in a superfight, but because Volk earned the chance at fighting for a second belt, so the only "callout" was him inviting the decided next contender into the cage.

Then Volk filled in at the last minute for another fight, sans callout.

You gotta admit though, if Islam was playing a heel right now, he'd be a size bully heel. Classic pro wrestling David vs. Goliath shit. Islam is embracing it too by making fun of their size and how he's bigger.
