Is Bosnia a prequel to what is to come in Western Europe?

Well, since the serbs were winning and commiting most of the attrocities they are going to get singled ou.

But that's the problem. War could've been avoided completely n almost was when all sides accepted the plan where bosnia was to be divided into 3 autonomous provinces. Then Muslim rep (then president of Bosnia) decided to withdraw at last minute under the direction n advise from American ambassador.

So not only did bosnia seceded illegally (needed the consent of all 3 constituent "nations" to do so n only got 2), that withdrawal pretty much guaranteed the start of the conflict n all out war.

Also at the end when when all 3 sides accepted the new agreement (which was more of less what was proposed before the war) all the blame is pinned on one side.

Is that really how you make reconciliation n expect it to work?

Local muslims should just convert back to Christianity, it would be hysterical. It's messed up to see capital of a country in Europe losing its soul, and it's not the only one. I can see you know this stuff, you're from around here or?

That's one thing about the war there nobody thought it was gonna happen like that.

Once the war broke out then everything was outta contirol.

There was a lot of anger, frustration, hate on all sides.

Gotta realize that there were ppl still alive who had family members slaughtered during the ww2 by the other side, so it didn't take much for them to get motivated, pick up arms n "get even".

You can't look at this conflict (or any other for that matter) as if it started yesterday. There's long history behind it that you need to take into consideration to have a better understanding what's actually going on
