I'm quitting caffeine

Many things. I cut way down on caffeine by chance recently and I think six weeks later the cravings and withdrawal have subsided. Ill probably consider coffee a hare treat now. Havent drank pop for years, cant remember the last time. The mental addiction will never go away. Good luck Clippy, stay stron'.

I quit caffeine sometimes. Longest I've gone is 6 months. I do 3 cups of coffe / day on average. Like anything that you can get addicted to, it sucks to quit.

My advice is to drink a lot of water. And be prepared for headaches although you might not get any. Best of luck!

I stopped smoking weed just over two years ago.

It's amazing how much more motivation I have to go to the gym 5 days a week.

I quit 3 months ago, I’ve put on 4kg but feel much healthier.

Good luck Clippy!

Did it years ago for medical reasons and stayed off for almost 2 years. It's doable

Back on the juice now though

I treated myself to some non decaf PG Tips tea yesterday, I can only drink even tea with caffeine in the mornings if I want to sleep at night. I love coffee but unless it's a frappucino or whatever it sends me flippin scatty. Like incoherent jibberish and then the worst come down ever.

Oh and I quit a 30 year smoking habit in 2019.
