'I was the first Conor McGregor.'

Let's see if Conor is on a 5 fight win streak when he's 38.

We are comparing a "back in the day" Rampage to Conor now. So your sarcasm is misplaced, at best.

Once you have the spotlight, you have to win. Period. I dont give a shit what rampage did or kinda did.

He won a title then immediately lost it, then went on to lose consistently while crying about not only his losses but people wanting to wrestle him, giving away the exact way to beat him.

Conor loses, humble in defeat, then comes back wins, then wins LW title. Now the little shit has an alleged boxing fight with mayweather.

I dont like the fucker but if you want to play this angle, this is how you do it.

Oh shit, what year is it again?
It the year where Quinton is a former UFC/PRIDE unified champion.
Are you saying he should be winning championships NOW? While past his prime, nearly 50 fights deep into his career and on the wrong side on 30? Is that what Conor is doing?

Hah, dont confuse my explanation with fandom. Search my posts and see that im not a conor fan.

Conor went on to keeping winning. You have to do that if you want to be a loudmouth, otherwise youre what rampage is now..

A Crybaby.

At 21 Rampage lost to Sakuraba. Before he was 24 he had beaten Igor Vovchanchyn, Murilo Bustamante, Kevin Randleman, and Chuck Lidell.

The spotlight was on Rampage WELL before the UFC, my friend.

Wow looking back, page really had some great wins.

Page was entertaining, but his trashtalk never generated some insane amount of buzz. People certainly cared about him, but not the extend of mcgregor

Rampage never had the "gift of gab" like Conor does. He also never predicted his own success like Conor has done, he never won 2 concurrent titles in a major promotion like Conor has done, and he got choked out by Saku, a man smaller than him, while Conor was choked out by Nate, a man larger than him.

Not hating on Rampage, but he was never the "first Conor McGregor"
conor has been finished by a bw...

conor was given his opportunity to fight for the lw title because of his popularity. Not because he earned it.

As for the predictions.....he's had more that didn't come through but I guess if you keep making them you;ll eventually get some right and wow the simple-minded

Difference with Rampage is that he often came up short when it mattered.

Wanderlei 2x, Shogun, Griffin, Rashad, Jon Jones... Rampage had a year on top after beating Liddell but lost to Forrest, a guy he NEVER should have lost to.

In McGregor's biggest fights he put away the 145lb GOAT in 13 seconds and moved up and battered the 155lb champ.

Lets see Conor keep fighting top guys for 5-10 more years like Rampage has and then we can check how many Ls is on his record. Until then, you can't compare shit.

Maybe he meant that his similiar to Conor because he lost alot times via submission.

Tito was

He smashed PPV records by talking shit, having a "bad boy" image and being around porn stars

There's a reason they protected him from chuck

Funny I was thinking Tito was closest to the original conor And he smashed shamrock twice or thrice?

Hah, what can i say then. He had the spotlight. Now he doesnt.

end of story.

Its his argument. He said he was there before conor, but gee, i dont remember him making millions or getting big boxing fights.

Maybe he did. Now he doesnt.

In all seriousness, hes sounding like a crybaby again.

He needs to win some fights.

That's exactly the point. You were trying to compare Rampage now to Conor now. They are in two very different parts of their career.

Its his argument. He said he was there before conor, but gee, i dont remember him making millions or getting big boxing fights.

Maybe he did. Now he doesnt.

He needs to win some fights.

What do you mean he needs to win some fights? You realize Rampage is talking about earlier in his career. He needs to win some fights? Rampage beat Hendo to be the first to actually unify the UFC and PRIDE belts before Conor threw his first professional punch.

Actual killers, as opposed to Aldo, Mendes, Alvarez, Holloway who are all bums, smh.

Aldo is far better fighter than anyone who rampage faced.

Easy there. Aldo was coming off a massive layoff....holloway was a green rook when they fought....mendes was coming off 2 weeks notice....ill give him alvarez, but everyone agreed that eddie was the easiest matchup for him at 155.

Page had to fight....

Roided super Wand x2
Prime Shogun
Igor
Randleman
ChuckX2
Arona
Hendo
Machida
Evans
Jones
Glover

Thats a fcking murderers row if i ever seen one.

If conor at least fights ferg and khabib, beats aldo and nate again, you can make a case for him.

It's his argument in the past tense "I WAS the first Conor McGregor", he not saying that it's currently comparable nor does he say he say he did it on the same scale, judging from the statement he's saying he WAS the first Conor in regards to both of them saying they do this for the money, which is a fact

"I'll fight anyone if the money is right"
-Quinton Jackson, Pre-Conor era

You sound like more of a crybaby

"He's not exactly like Conor is right now" {<BJPeen}{<BJPeen}{<BJPeen}{<BJPeen}

He needs to win some fights.

Guy on a 5 fight W streak "needs to win some fights"

sigh

If you go by who's the first to talk & win big it's probably Tito, who helped Rampage early in his career. While Rampage was a big draw, and Tito was as well, you can't compare anyone to Conor. His numbers are too far apart from any other KO artist champ. Rampage is by far the greater fighter all-time though. Double or triple the ranked wins Conor has, and he's got a decade on Conor as a top fighter (recent years excluded).
