It was always about racial purity.
Even while the war was being lost, he squandered inconceivable resources on the extermination of the Jews, resources that were much needed for the war effort. If the triumph of Germany had been his highest priority, that would not have been the case.
That isn't true. Jews, as other groups, were seen as communist sympathisans, as well as a threat to the German people. They were eliminated because of that.
Somehow Americans have this weird notion that National Socialism's main goal was the destruction of Jews, which isn't true. Jews were seen as something that stood in the way of National Socialism.
If you take away the racial purity nonsense and genocides, I think that Nazis had some admirable traits.
