International Fedor Emelianenko on Ukraine, US supported fascism, Crimea (+ENG subs)

I agree with Fedor that we are one people, but disagree being ruled as one people by a kleptocratic system under an eternal oligrach because of some false pretense of duty to one's people. Pains me to see what are basically brothers killing each other over this cheap propaganda.

Still rooting for Fedor to KO Bader.

We'll never have another again. Fedor is a gem in the world of mma, whether you agree with him or not politically. I personally do.

The US supports communism in china, ethnonationalism in Israel, socialism in Sweden, globalism pretty much everywhere, etc etc

Basically they support everyone given the right circumstances. As do most geopolitical strategies.

Whether Ukraine is fascist or whether or not it's more Russia painting them way to garner support for annexation, well I don't know.

You are so off man. I don't even have a position on the topic. I am just interested in intelligent viewpoints from any perspective.

You think I am positioned and disagree with you. As far as I can tell you haven't posted a single relevant position to even consider. Your direct quote from the vid is relevant but in 7 posts or so it's the only one you have provided.

Is this all you can do man? its so negative..... Please just stay on topic and post anything at all you like for or against on the topic of US supported fascism, the Ukraine and Fedors take that the US is currently supporting fascism.

I am done with you though because it has been a terrible interaction and a waste of time.

He poste capitalist laisezz fsire unregulated worship of capitalism and has a US supremacist borderline globalist view of the world. He may be a troll or bot. In any case his points and views are the enemy of any right wing populist movement.

See my post. West ukraine has an aegument for a separate identity and even returning lands to poland and hungary. I dont support Russian annexation of eastern ukraine but do support the creation of a second Ukrainian state that just so happens to be pro Russian and pro traditional values in eastern ukraine.

The partition is inevitable and will stop the fighting just as its inevitable in syria. Is it fair for Russian speaking ukrainians to be now persecutted? Since the anti Russian fascists now control ukraine?

Anyone listening to a professional fighter about the state of the world is not an intelligent person...
I'd make an exception for someone like Vitali Klitschko.
Umm, he is a politician and thus someone who at least has some form of credible basis so falls under what I was talking about.
Anyone listening to a professional fighter about the state of the world is not an intelligent person... not even Cro-Cop and at least he was elected into office once.

I know what you were getting at though, now I'm just being a dick.

Cro-cop was only in office for a short time and did not deal with foreign affairs so it would have been outside his knowledge range.

Its ok, I like dicks. they are my kind of people.

I think he's wrong about the USA supporting fascism.

They did have a group that was central to Ukrainian revolution and following conflict that was very nationalistic and displayed some of the Nazi idealogies. I don't know if they were fascist, but they did have good deal of anarchy and political violence, but I'm not sure that it meets "fascist" standard. US State Department and Obama admin stood strong in support of Ukraine, and therefor this group and armed this group, so it wouldn't be a complete stretch to imply US funded "potential" fascists. It's debatable, of course.

Scholars Andreas Umland and Anton Shekhovstov have written that Right Sector formed as a loose collection of small groups, outside parliament, that were ultraconservative and included a neo-Nazi fringe.[39] According to researcher Alina Polyakova, one of Right Sector's constituent groups, Tryzub, is composed of radical, right-wing nationalists. She writes that the Patriots of Ukraine, another constituent group, has organized attacks against foreigners or international students, and is connected to neo-fascist ideology and symbolism; scholar Volodymyr Ishchenko describes the group as neo-Nazi.[102] Polyakova describes the ideology of the UNA-UNSO as nationalist, and sometimes including aspects of anarchism.[citation needed]

Shekhovstov has written that Patriot of Ukraine and Social National Assembly, which are racist and engage in real or symbolic violence against minorities, also oppose alcohol and drug use.[103] (Also) according to Shekhovtsov "The main peculiarity of the Ukrainian far right is that its main enemy is not immigrants or national minorities, as often happens with the EU-based far right, but the Kremlin".[104]

He largely does but to be fair id argue western ukraine has their own similar but different identity. Along with far west ukraine that is formerly polish and hungarian and romanian land that stalin annexed. Ukraine needs to be partioned along these lines

Under obama the state department was. Some of those same deep state agentd still exist and push the anti trump and pro globalization agenda.

Are these graphs stating Ukraine is mostly russian, or most Ukrainians speak russian instead of Ukrainian?

Its pretty funny that one of the main leaders of Right Sector is not only a full Jew, he lived in Israel for years and has an Israeli passport

There are other much more right and nationalistic /neonazi organizations in Ukraine, but they're not as vocal anymore and a lot of them blended into mainstream politics and military. Azov for instance, is a much more radical organization, but now is just a regiment in the military

Also, there are tons of right nationalist, neonazis, and fascists in Russia. Once Putin goes away, they'll pop right back up on the scene. Some are fighting for pro-Russian separatists in eastern Ukraine. Fedor won't talk about that though

It's clear but off topic, I am wondering if you have anything intelligent or valuable to add to the discussion about Fedor and his comments on US sponsored fascism.
I disagree. I'm trying to clean up this thread right now due to all the off topic posts (my own included). I think him voicing his opinion on how Fedor is biased in his opinion is at least partly relevant to the discussion.

Let me be the one to get this shit back on track

Fedor was ALWAYS overrated and never the GOAT of anything but wearing wood crosses and eating ice cream

Reported.

To the FSB. Check your fridge for polonium, motherfucker.

I think he's wrong about the USA supporting fascism.
Well the US supports El Sisi in Egypt, the Sauds in Saudi Arabia and has a long history of supporting dictators, from Saddam to Pinochet to Suharto.

Fedor is the greatest heavyweight of all time.

Anyone listening to a professional fighter about the state of the world is not an intelligent person...not even Cro-Cop and at least he was elected into office once.
So who should one listen to then?

Intellectuals, politicians, businessmen...

Fighters, plumbers, electricians...cab drivers...those are people with just opinions and not are authorities.
So the common man's opinion does not matter on politics? He/she should just be led around by the so called elites? What makes you think a sportsman or the common man doesn't know what is going on, that he is now aware of the world around him via reading and observation? Politics and social issues are not professions that require a technical understanding of the subject matter, like engineering for example.

Actually Fedor was in office at one point too. He was elected state deputy back in 2010. He also worked for the federal government but I'm not sure what was his job. Something related to sports.

So you are defending the common mans opinion by arguing against a common mans opinion that the commons mans opinion is not an authority on a topic.

<JagsKiddingMe>

Do you even know what the fuck you are arguing...I said he is not an authority, daft cunt.
