- That third rep took about 5 seconds to complete lol Bringing my press back is more depressing than squat because I was just pressing 175x5x5 only a few months ago.

parallel grip pull up

Notes

- Been running a chainsaw a lot at work. I've really started to enjoy the whole process. Taking them apart, maintenance, cleaning it, sharpening the chain, mixing the gas and obviously felling trees. I just bought a Dolmar 6100. Screw anyone who tells me I should have gotten a Stihl or Husqvarna. I've used all three and I was most impressed by the Dolmar. I use about 4 different Husky models all the way up to the 372 at work and maybe it's because the workers beat the piss out of the equipment but I'm not overly impressed. They're great machine, don't get me wrong. They do the job, but so does Dolmar.

squat
220 x 5 x 3

- My hip is starting to get "hot" again. I'm calling the radiology peoples today to make an MRI appointment.

bench press
220 x 5 x 3

parallel grip pullup
40 x 11

Notes

- Too lazy to look back but I don't think I've mentioned that I got an MRI on my lower back and it came back as positive for a herniation in L1/C5 or at least I think that's what he said. Nothing to do but get strong I guess.

- Ran the Dolmar 6100 all day Tuesday. Put a skip tooth chain on because we were going to be working with big trees, not doing any limbing or little cuts. Just felling and bucking. That saw fucking RIPS. Nicest saw I've ever handled period but admittedly I haven't touched a 70cc or above yet. But for $550 you can't beat this 60cc. First tree I took down and bucked up was a 40' tall, 30-34" red oak which in this area is considered a big tree. I got that done without the saw bogging down once and didn't even finish a tank of gas. The 6100 is known for 3 things. Great air filtration, best in the business possibly. Very high RPM. And a big gas tank, 27 oz.

BW 180. Eating too much.

Back felt good during training not so good now. In the past week I've probably cut, split and stacked 2 chords of wood and my back has been a little achy.

Warren Tetting Super Master x 1 with right hand

- Been using grippers spontaneously. Something I grab an easy one and just rep out, something I do no sets with a moderate, sometimes singles with harder grippers. Was surprised yesterday that I could almost close the Super Master so I tried it again today and crushed it. Tried the Grand Master and got nowhere. Couldn't even keep it closed when doing a forced close with my left hand assisting.
