Outside of grappling or rugby circles , cauli has nothing "alpha" about it.

Chicks who are not used to these sports, so basically 99% of them, will find it disgusting, and so will your eventual employers, clients, colleagues, fiancee's parents.

Just wear your fuckin headgear, unless you 're so much into grappling that the looks of people outside of grappling just don't matter to you.
 
My lady thinks they are disgusting. I would think most women feel the same way. They just except it because they dig us along with the rest of our imperfections

I have cauliflower ear, it sometimes comes up in discussion. But mostly people are polite and ignore it.
 
My wife has expressed that she'll be very disappointed if I ever develop really bad cauliflower. Thankfully my ears still look okay. My left ear is more noticeably puffy a little harder and not as well defined as my right ear. But that's as far as it's gotten

Immature bar girls might find it attractive but professional women literally do not give a crap. The wrestlers I train with that are married literally tell me that there spouses don't care much about training (if anything they would prefer them to do something else like spend more time with the family or do a hobby that doesn't involve getting moderate to permanent damage).

Yea, there seems to be a pretty warped view of reality on these forums. Most normal women (when I say normal, I mean non bar slut/porn star type women) could really care less about something like cauliflower ear or scars or whatever other macho thing. This is really only a thing with the above type women, or really young women or women who are not very intelligent.

Generally, women find security/money to be the most attractive thing. Also, It seems that a lot of women these days prefer that skinny jeans wearing beta male type as opposed to some macho dude with a scar above his eye from a bar fight. Most people (not even singling out women specifically) think rolling around and sweating on another man is pretty ridiculous and gay.

Bottom line, if you are a wealthy, intelligent person, it doesnt really matter what you look like. You wont have a problem getting the tang.

True. But I don't think they're really a deal breaker either.

If you're confident and don't take yourself too seriously, and you look decent, and are generally good with girls, then most aren't going to mind if you have some cauliflower ear. If they're really into you then they'll re-frame it in their heads and think it's a weird but cute thing that you've got (assuming they aren't totally mangled.)

I don't think it's a make it or break it thing. If she ain't into you, then having fucked up ears may make it worse. If she is into you, then I don't think they will hurt.

I could only imagine a very small percentage of chicks that actually think it's attractive. I've met a couple of them, but they're few and far between.

Exactly.

Most women generally don't care about looks in the way that men do. If you look presentable, and if you can make them laugh, and have some money and resources, and are a positive and fun person to be around, with goals and ambition, then you're going to be attractive to women. Men too. You're going to have more relationship and friendship opportunities. Cauliflower ears or not.

If you have no self esteem, and you aren't fun to be around, and you don't take care of your body or your mind. If you're negative and bring people down, then you aren't going to be attractive and people aren't going to want to be around you. Cauliflower ears or not.
