Digital blackface

So who's going to be the first princess to try and defend this argument??

I agree that this is much and certainly isn't a pressing issue or matter reflecting grave institutional problems.

But all the woman said was to "think about" the purpose of your usage, not that you shouldn't be allowed to use them.

Just watched the video.

Bring back hanging.

Found him.

Does agreeing that it's dumb, but saying "hey they're just floating a topic; don't get your panties in a bunch over it" equal defending it?

The reason there is a market for videos like this is that you outrage porn addicts keep sharing them and making them the focus of your political discourse, despite them being pretty damn irrelevant.

But who's doing this really? Seems like non existent things are getting labeled just to be used when having an agenda.

If this catches on, then next years video will be "Why dont white people share black memes?"

I think there's a market for this line-pushing hysteria.

And, if you look at the reception to this stuff, it's not being eaten up by liberals supporting it, it's getting circulated by low information outrage porn circulators like @klnOmega who can use it to shift the discussion away from substantive topics in which their side is realistically indefensible ("hey, sure this supply side economic agenda is opposed by every major economist and will hurt the economy and the middle and lower classes to the exclusive benefit of the rich, but look at this snowflake's fringe complaint!"). It's both a matter of distraction and of false equivocation.

I dont want to see any of you filthy racists blackfacing by posting Daniel Cormier gifs like this any more. I'll report every one that I see.

It's the FIRST video shown on the BBC app... So you're way off when saying it's just being circulated from internet trolls.

Then when people don't use reaction gifs or emojis etc etc with black people in them, people will be called racist for NOT using them

You just can't win vs. these professional victims and race baiters
