Democrat candidate and his team conspired to overturn a dully certified election, using racist evidence such as videos of people stuffing drop boxes, and records/missing records indicating mishandling of ballots, mainly absentee ballots that were not verified in any way, which is again racist. Both of which are not actual evidence b, but rather forms of voter intimidation to even mention

They literally conspired to take legal action to overturn this election. The craziest part is the judge actually listened and didn't toss the case out on technicality such as latches, not having standing, that it was already certified, etc.

and their clear attempt to subvert democracy has people actually questioning out fucking election system and absentee ballots, WTF? Just listen to this clip in the tweet. Leaders of the democrat party there are using racist, Jim Crow Rhetorric saying they need to secure drop boxes, such as put them inside municipal buildings so that people cannot stuff them. Calling out absentee ballots that are unverified.

They even say elections official(s) were involved... what the FUCK, don't they know this will draw possible threats and harassment to them, etc. Just listen how they list off how she ballot harvested. Don't they know this might make people say angry things about them???? They even say this POC election official went into areas to bully low income people for ballots, threatening them, etc. Can you believe they spread such hate speech?

they had video of that all over AZ and GA (and other states) from 2020. The Biden DOJ literally threatened people if they watched drop boxes for similar activity in 2022

Oh, and they also threatened AZ legislature for trying to voter canvass their absentee ballots that had errors from 2020.

this just shows that the system is working, and the people who try it will get caught. shame on that democrat for mishandling those ballots. they've finally got a real world face and a real world person to attach behind any real world fraud to, that isn't a republican this time! you won't be seeing any of these people wanting to google up the names robert rivernider, scott hall, james saunders, kim phuong taylor, jay ketcik, joan halstead, john rider, kirk hartle, bruce bartman, barry morphew, the 3 or 4 people from the villages in florida, and ralph thurman, and whomever else i may have forgotten who were found to have committed real world crime involving acts of real world 2020 election fraud. but they won't let it get in the way of pushing their bullshit narrative.

we are now on day 1094 and there has still been no kraken sightings, or any 2020 election fraud allegations made in court. any day now though i'm sure. if this is the best they have to try to spin a narrative, then theyre really desperate.

was this in mesa and phoenix during the midterms when they repukes were putting on their cutesy little gravy seals outfits and strapping themselves with guns and camping out around the polling stations while chasing people around and shoving cameras in their face and harassing them when they go to drop off their balllots off at a ballot box?

those poor little muppets. such victims they all are. they're just so threatened by other people having the right to vote that they need to harass poll workers and voters, in fear of themselves being harassed by some kind of higher being or conspiracy i guess.

Track the person down and punish them accordingly if it's illegal in the state.

I know multiple people that were offered cash for their mail-in ballots in Rhode Island.

dropping multiple ballots off is not a crime. its just fabrication or mishandling of them that is.

the judge seen a video of some questionable activity, didnt even bother taking it to trial and figuring out what was going on, probably never even interviewed those two people they had footage of who were dropping off ballots, and just decided to call for another primary election.

i dont know if thats the proper procedure but unless it gets appealed it looks like theyre gonna go with it. nonetheless the maga republicans could use some of these "no-nonsense" judges! just come up with some questionable video footage that doesnt really prove any kind of crime being committed and throw it at them. they'll make their ruling before they even bother to find out what was going on!

Sounds like the type of activist judges we have destroying both gun rights and reproductive rights if true.
 
this kinda seems like the proper thing to do here, as they are already stretched for time before the general mayoral election, and the winning primary candidate only won by 251 votes.

who knows what was really going on there, but may as well keep things honest and have a do-over rather than turn this into a big mess, and potentially tie up the mayoral election with it. i dont see this as being unreasonable. just as long as they get it right.

what those people were doing at the boxes could be anyones guess, but it looked funny enough to the judge to decide on malfeasance anyways. if they can find any real crime being committed, then charge those people and move on.

As a resident of CT, living in Bridgeport is about as worse as a punishment can get.
 
So the system works to prevent election interference? It has been shown time again that when actual interference happens from either party that they tend to get caught. Trump failed in how many lawsuits to prove the election was stolen from him?
