He took 3 fights outside of 145 while holding the FW belt, its been almost 2 years since he fought in MMA, almost a year since he boxed Mayweather, over a year since he had his kid. He could have easily defended his LW belt at least 2 times by now, but instead he is flying across the world to throw shit at Khabib on a bus instead of actually fighting the guy, or ANY guy for that matter, in the ring.

Remember when Dana said Conor is the only guy he felt comfortable with being a simultaneous 2 division champ because he KNEW that Conor would defend both belts? My how that situation turned out. Now we don't even know if he'll ever fight in MMA again.

yeah it's frustrating but he never really needed to defend the FW belt when he moved up to lw, probably cant even make fw anymore without jeopardizing his life. then he made so much money that many fighters probably wouldn't ever fight again, he took a year off after what has been an incredibly chaotic and busy life since he started his ufc run. it makes complete sense why he hasn't fought since especially with a new kid and all those millions. dolleygate was fucking shameful but obviously intended to rile khabib up and hype that fight when it happens. it went horrifically wrong but still succeeded in hyping the fight. I doubt he won't ever fight again he knows he can make a lot more money still while the ufc is struggling. they need him bad and he will make them pay for it.
