Definitely not lol. I only started deadlifting again three weeks ago after a few months off. And I haven’t squatted for 6 months. I’m in really poor shape right now. I deadlifted today and pulled 601x3 and 651x1. I’m also weighing in the lows 230s. Things are slowly improving, but there’s no way I’ll have 700 any time soon.

I'm going to make a run at 725 before to comp ends. Probably give it a try 3 weeks from now.

Ugh
So I’m pulling conventional during this groin pull. I’m going to finish around 530, which is up from 495 when I started back. Lame. Looks like you all ran off and left me. Just 120 pounds shy of my original goal!

I suppose I’m not completely out of this thing. I probably won’t hit a PR before the end of the comp, but who knows. I did this on a whim the other day. I had deficit DLs first, followed by block pulls. I hate block pulls, and there happened to be a band on the floor, so I tried this. 556 bar weight and I think the band tension was 90-100lbs at the top. Not bad for an Ohio Power Bar and comp plates. In any case, deadlifting for 2018 is looking positive. I pulled my starting submission on a deadlift bar, so I’ll try and get a session in with that before December 31.

My buddy fucked up filming it, so no video. Stings just a little bit, since it’s my first deadlift PR since January 2016 lol.
 
Pulled something in my glutte squatting on Tuesday. Felt pretty crappy today and didn't deadlift what I was supposed to.

Somehow I'm having a difficulties with embedding instagram videos, but you should see a 240kg deadlift. (20kg plates are rare at my gym, so I had to make due with 7x15kg aside and a mat)
