Big Dead Bodybuilders

Ya go and asks some of the professional fighters here and some of the amateus as well. Prepping for a fight and maintaining such life style on top of having other obligations is no easy feat.

I can speak for myself having 10 amateur fights and getting my weight down on top of having a full time job.

Meal prepping is definately on the priority list.

Trying to be great at anything (not just a sport) is an all consuming endeavor, but I do think that bodybuilding requires someone to make more social sacrifices than almost any other endeavor. Pros will spend absolutely every waking minute doing something that leads to muscle gain or fat loss, then time naps inbetween all that, which is trying to manipulate the body (even further) into building muscle.

You won't see other athletes wake up twice a night to eat specific meals. In fact, alot of athletes don't care about what they eat. GSP has said on several occasions that he has never cared about his diet and he's one of the GOATs.

The same gos for other athletes if we're talking selfish endeavor. Alot of these top athletes are obesessed to being the best and dedicate their life style around it.

mma or muay thai can also be similar . Hours upon hours at the gym, on top of dieting to get the weight down.

I suppose it depends on the individuals. I think fighters have more in common with bodybuilders due to the dietary restrictions and cutting etc... But with BBing it's not just eating clean food to cut, or good food to fuel workouts but to eat massive amounts of food just to sustain that level of muscle. It's a fucking chore. Other atheletes can leave most of their work in the field, cage etc... and not have to deal with the insane amount of meal prep a body builder does.

I knew several collegiate atheletes that went pro and they ate like complete and total shit. I'd see pro fighters 6-8 weeks out of a fight eating fast food and socially drinking etc.... They could simply still perform at elite levels without making that kind of sacrifice. I feel like BBers just do not have that luxury.

we need to come to a consensus and agree on one thing when it comes to the way mean look in the eyes of women. I think we can all agree that a mans economic solvency is the primary attraction to a woman. take Bartolo Colon MLB pitcher. i'm sure if the man wasn't making Millions NO woman would find him physically attractive.

Also my explanation why Hugh Heffner earlier ITT is still shagging top shelf poon at 90.(Viagra is a helluva drug) now the same holds true with a body builder if the Big Ramy that just one the Arnold classic rolled up on some single twenty something in his 500 CLK Benz. and she has a hypothetical choice between him and the guy on her college swim team that has no money though she may find the guy with the Phelp's body more attractive imho 9 women out of ten will still choose to bend over for big Ramy.

and like PU03 stated about the "look" of BB's in terms of female attractiveness imo even if a bodybuilder isn't making hundreds of thousands for endorsing BodyBuilding.com, muscletech, or GNC. they will still be in far better shape than your average dude. which attracts babes. and don't think for a minute that a big portion of single women don't like "big" guys my boy in college was a division 1 lineman a monstrosity of a man and he was bagging and tagging more coeds then he knew what to do with and there wasn't an ab muscle to be seen.

The only thing that universally attracts women is confidence. The idea that women are universally attracted to money more than anything is ridiculous.

The dude in blue won the WBFF Men's Muscle Model division in a comp this past weekend. I think the shorts are a bit too short, but if they made them a bit longer and applied them to the physique competitors in the IFBB Physique division, bodybuilding would have a bright future.

Wow man, they some fucked up pic's. Couldn't believe'em. Some of them of guy's I followed too way back when; Mohammad, Flex Wheeler, Paul Dillet, Chris Cormier. Dorian obviously and Kevin Levrone.

Lawl at that youtube video he was in there too btw. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=45gT5fu5PKU for anyone that missed it)

Man I've agreed with about everything you posted itt but your WAAAY off if you think a unconfident rich man pulls less babes than a confident broke dude. A man that has money has the entire battle won when it comes to pulling hot women.

Can't tell you how many really old dudes with bank have hot ass younger wives/girlfriends absent of muscles, confidence, manners, large unit, and balding.

Exactly.

The diet thing is really the big setback. Watching your diet means severely restricting dinner and night out with friends, which severely restricts social interactions.

Pick the GOATs in absolutely any major sport and there's tons of stories and pics of them partying, having a good time. Bodybuilders simply can't do that most of the time.

I agree 100 percent.

True, ive had friends who had to bring their own food at restaurants or family parties during their prep. They may not eat the same thing as everyone else but they are still coming out and interacting with others rather then not leaving home at all. Usually if you got supportive family and friends, they tend to understand. And for those who think its weird, it doesnt hurt educating them on why you need to eat this and not that for your prep

Chris cormier was a huge party head. Dude was partying the night before olympia.

PUO3 can't let this topic go.

Apparently you cant let me go, swim fan.

Arnold did it the right way for the most part.

But even he did shit from what I gather as far as roids and what not.

Some say (I don't know enough to speak one way or the other) his stated numbers are impossible.. especially the run times.

The idea of an ultra marathon to begin with even if you're at a snails pace is hard to fathom I mean 100 miles on pavement?!?!? then this guy is swole on top of it? I think "hybriding" ones physique and energy systems is the hardest thing to accomplish.

Most guys that can run marathons are skinny the ones that win any way, then you have instances where these guys in the UFC that are overmuscled to even a little bit cant fight hard past round 1 Woodley, Reem, Ellenberger, Mark Coleman, sure I'm forgetting some.

so how Viada can have that level of cardio and muscle naturally is that even possible serious question can a true hybrid exist where you have

hypertrophy

cuts definition

endurance

and strength

all at the elite, or good level without PED's? the humans I've seen closest to this are elite level wrestlers like Romero, GSP, Jordan Burroughs. I tried in my youth to hybrid and just couldn't do it. the swoller, and stronger I got. the less efficient I was in running which actually caused me to fail the Run after going over the max score on pushups and sit ups.

If the numbers are true, the US Army needs to clone this guy: we've found Captain America.:icon_chee

well tbh I didn't think about his numbers in relation to Captain Rogers lol. this Vaida guy can apparently run a four minute mile yet can still squat 700lbs?

if he's natural that's some of the most genuinely impressive shit I've ever heard.
