    Small bowl of chili.
    2 turkey sausages.
    Coffee with 3 cream.
    Protein popsicle.
    4 strips bacon.

    Protein shake (plain almond milk, 2 eggs, kaizen protein powder, cinnamon).

    Hit deadlift PR (340x2). Never hit above 335 ever not even for one.

    Ate a ton of food this week in sask, lots of good veggies. Didn't count macros just relaxed. Got to workout a lot thankfully, was fun rack pulling 405 for a few reps again.

    Pasta carbonara with italian seasoned chicken.
    40g carb, 12g fat (there's a reason its low in fat)
    50g pro.

    I'm terrible at updating absolutely every meal on this site, better with my pencil log in person.
    Chicken thighs x 2
    coffee with butter x 2
    3 eggs. 3 bacon.
    Stuffed pepper with chicken and smoked cheddar plus salsa and buttered mushrooms.

    Raspberries, onions and mushrooms w/ butter, chicken thighs x 2

    Cheese. Boat load of water its humid as balls.

    Worked up to a 1RM squat in a fasted state.
    4 sets of leg presses, some swings.

    Mushroom Alfredo stuffed pepper with bacon and smoked cheddar. post workout.
    3.2 km run with lots of up and down hills, in the rain, 20 minutes ish, i didn't time it specifically, just casually glanced.

    Greek yogurt with vanilla protein powder.

    Not bad at all. Legitimately tastes good .

    Sausage with peppers and mushroom fried in olive oil on low heat, added alfredo sauce.
    1 piece of left over bacon from my gf's dinner.
    Coffee with coconut oil.

    Another slice of bacon.

    Current BW: 153lb. 10-12 more to go ish.
