    Might as well keep a low carb diet log here.

    Pita wrap = 20g carb 3g pro, 1g fat
    Curry chicken = 40g pro, 8g fat
    Old cheddar cheese = 8g pro, 8g fat

    Protein shake
    25g pro, 1g carb, 1g fat
    1 egg = 5g pro, 6g fat

    Later for dinner
    Portabello mushroom (fuck if i know the macro's)
    roasted red pepper = 11g carb
    old cheddar cheese = 8g pro, 8g fat

    Pork chop
    35g pro, 25g fat

    greek pasta salad 1/2 cup

    Protein shake
    25g pro powder
    3 eggs

    dinner
    Chicken and veggie kabob
    Chicken sausage with spinach
    mixed veggie salad

    2 speckled trout fillets slathered in garlic butter with salt/pepper.
    1/3 cup pasta with salsa and feta cheese.
    Some random ass health cookie made of oats and some added protein. Not bad.
    Handful of peanuts.

    Not really tracking macro's atm. Might get a little more sciency in a few weeks. My last semester was death.

    Graduated with Honours for Kinesiology, and can now take my life more seriously.
    Re-entering ketosis...

    Supps: BCAA's, Fenugreek, Creatine, Multi Vitamin, protein powder.

    Breakfast:
    Yellow hot peppers stuffed with cheddar cheese and clabarese sausage. (8g carb, 25g pro, 35g fat) = 447 calories
    (Tablespoon PB) 4g carb, 3g pro, 8g fat = 90 calories
    Butter coffee (1 TBSP butter 11g fat) = 99 calories

    Piri Piri seasoned quarter chicken dinner w/ carrots. 8g carb, 30g pro, 15g fat, 297 calories
    Protein shake with 2 eggs. 2g carb, 37g pro, 12g fat = 264 calories

    Con queso = 5g carb, 4g fat, 1g pro = 60 calories

    Forgot to log my food the other days, no idea about macros but they were low carb.
