Solid stance, imo.
If the claims about Avenatti are true, then Daniels says she will fire him.And dumbass porn star still has to pay legal fees. I feel like I’m watching the world’s greatest internet troll just go to work on people.

Wow, such morality!
Lol, that's gold!Excuse the meme (and sorry if it was posted already ) :
So many layers of irony in this story. This is seriously some Shakespeare-level shit.
To quote her here"The way this man treats women is just unacceptable to me!"

Haha, he's not my boy. I said he's a capable attorney, which he is. If the allegations are true, it would not change that: it would just show that he's a slime ball, which was already somewhat apparent from his previous business dealings.
So stating the fact that an effective lawyer is competent is putting their balls in your mouth?
In that case, that half of the forum sucks the nuts of Ted Cruz and Alan Dershowitz too.

So there’s a burden of proof for him? Lol, this shit just gets more and more ridiculous.
Plus this guy has actually been arrested and bailed, so while he is innocent until proven guilty, there must be some substance to these allegations for the police to act like this. Unlike the Kavanaugh witch hunt which was an obvious smear job form the outset.

Sweet delicious irony.
Sweet delicious irony.
He was sort of a presidential side show but at least now there is no chance of having to deal with another self serving lawyer in the mix.Michael Avenatti is entitled to a presumption of innocence like everyone else. Protecting Constitutional rights means sometimes defending people like Avenatti. It also means we respect that presumption on principle—not merely from legal obligation. If Avenatti says he didn’t do it, fine. Let’s hear from the girlfriend and witnesses. IMO, people should wait until the evidence is out before taking adverse action against him on that basis. We do that not as a service to Michael Avenatti, but to ourselves, to our loved ones, and to the Western tradition which has protected our lives, liberty, and property better than any other in history.
That said, few are less personally deserving of sympathy than Michael Avenatti. This ass clown tried to ruin an honorable man with false rape accusations, all the while expressly arguing that we should discard the presumption of innocence in that particular case. That was barely a month ago. He has some nerve even attempting to defend his name now after what he did to Honorable Brett Kavanaugh. What a hypocrite. What a small, pathetic weasel.
So whether Mr. Avenatti beat this lady or not, his character is beyond redemption. If he has a shred of dignity, this will be the last we see of him.
