Non issue for me. I don't really understand the outrage on this one.

I got why people were offended by the pussy stuff. This one I just don't get. Why do I need to see his tax return?

It's too funny how at how important they think they are, or that they would even be able to comprehend them. For Christ's sake, the NYP released some from years ago and they saw that he claimed a loss of a billion dollars, and thought that meant his bank account read -$1,000,000,000.

1) He promised repeatedly during his campaign that he would release them "once the audit was through." So it is another LIE.
2) The fact that he is willing to let so many feathers hit the fan instead of releasing them tells any objective person that he has something serious to hide.

I mean clearly he hasn't paid any taxes in years. But he's just following the rules. Would you pay taxes if the government said you don't have to? So fuck off and shut the fuck up.

Of course he has something to hide but the Trumptards never cared and the poor desperate people in the rustbelt who ended up giving him the election chose to ignore him not releasing his tax returns because he was a business man and more importantly he promised to bring back the good old days.

Every presidential candidate for decades has released their tax forms. Why can't Donald Trump, why is he so different than everybody else?

I think it is worse than not paying taxes. If he had legal means and found loopholes to get out of paying taxes, I think he would flaunt it. Hold it up proudly and say "See? Look how dysfunctional the system is!" And he would have a point. And his supporters would love him for it.

No. Whatever it is, it's worse than that. It's something that would actually compromise his base or he wouldn't be so dead set on hiding it.

Between this thread and the ones on the crowd numbers, it's fascinating how frequently people seem indifferent to the reality that they were lied to. Instead they choose to argue about the subject matter of the lie, rather than the act of lying itself.

It's an interesting juxtaposition from a few months ago when honesty was such an important part of their world view.

I would care, it would have me thinking he had something serious to hide and besides Hillary Clinton would have eaten him alive in the primaries and so would have McCain in the general if he didn't release his income tax forms.
