Zhang got 5 out of 11 takedown attempts, and even MOUNTED Namajunas. Namajunas got a takedown in the last 5 seconds of the 1st and in the 5th. Two takedowns is not "outgrappling."
There was no "outgrappling" until zhang got fatigued. When you watch the fight you'll see.
Rose stopped over half of Zhang's tds and landed both of hers. 5/11 isn't good for Zhang, especially when she couldn't do anything with them. Stopping over half the takedowns is outgrappling. Why wouldn't it be?
Yeh, Zhang mounted her . . . with 5 seconds to go in the third, leaving her no time to actually do anything with it. Amazing stuff lol.
You're trying to make it out like I haven't seen the fight but you didn't even know Rose was winning the grappling in the 4th earlier. You thought it was the 5th lol. You sure you've actually seen this fight? Or did you just get ChatGPT to give you a bad summary or something?
The reality is Rose won rounds 4 and 5 on all cards, and in one of those rounds she got outstruck. She got it done with her grappling while not letting Zhang do enough with hers earlier in the fight. Whether it only happened because Zhang fatigued only means if her grappling had been better than Rose's then Zhang wouldn't have wasted so much energy failing on td attempts and trying and failing to get anything done on the ground earlier in the fight.
Also, even if Rose did only start taking over the grappling once Zhang got tired, why does that matter? She still got outgrappled haha.
Finally, if Rose didn't start outgrappling Zhang until Zhang tired out in 5th like you claimed earlier, then how did Rose manage to rack up the same mount of control time in round 4 alone that Zhang did in 1, 2, and 3 combined?
5/11 tds vs 2/2 and 7 mins of control time vs 3.5, but you think Rose didn't outgrapple her hahahaha.
