I agree that Valentina is perhaps an overwhelming challenge because of the size difference. However, fighting skill/ability is not a static condition; fighters improve and decline on a regular basis, sometimes dramatically so. I think she has improved faster than anyone in WMMA, and I like her chances in a third fight with Rose.
I do, but it's the Japanese that are more known for fighting into their 40's. MMA has been a thing in Japan far longer than it has been in China, so I would expect the Chinese to have 40+ year old fighters someday soon.
